A mix of help and self-work surprised me
I found that while support was available for many issues, a good part of setting up and learning the software required figuring things out on my own. The initial training helped get started but didn't cover every detail, so I spent time exploring features like the calling tools and database myself. On the plus side, some problems I encountered were quickly resolved by telephonic support. On the downside, I expected more guided onboarding in certain areas. This mixed experience surprised me because I assumed it would be more hands-on throughout. However, having to balance independence with support meant I developed a solid understanding by myself, which might be beneficial long term.
