A measured effort but rewarding onboarding experience
Setting up with the WFHI training and onboarding involved more self-guided learning than I initially expected. There was clear guidance available, yet I found myself making more explorations on my own to figure out certain features like the dialer settings and database functions. The training materials were thoughtfully structured, but some aspects felt a bit generic and required personal adaptation. Despite the stretch of figuring things out, I appreciated not being rushed and getting time to familiarize myself at a steady pace. The automatic updates smoothly integrated into the system, which helped me keep the workflow efficient as I progressed. Overall, the onboarding took some effort but was ultimately rewarding, providing enough freedom alongside structure to feel confident using the software in my daily remote work.
