A lot of figuring out on my own with the software
Accessing the software and getting it to work for my purposes required a significant amount of self-directed effort. The initial sign-up was simple; however, once inside, I quickly realized that most features were not intuitive. There was little guidance beyond the basic training, so I ended up experimenting with the dashboard, dialer, and database tools on my own. Automatic updates sometimes changed how things worked, which forced me to relearn certain processes without live support. The telephonic assistance was available, but waiting times and the limited details provided meant it wasn’t always helpful when I was stuck. The payment and invoicing system functioned as expected, but its documentation was not extensive enough to explain how it fit with the overall workflow. Overall, while the software itself is capable, I found that a lot depended on personal trial and error without consistent external direction. This made the ramp-up more demanding than I had anticipated. I ended up investing considerable time just to get the basics working.
