A lot of figuring out on my own
I found the telephonic support somewhat helpful when I ran into issues, but honestly, a good part of the setup process I had to manage without much direct help. For example, understanding how the call dialer synced with the database required multiple attempts on my own since the initial instructions were not very clear. There was one particular moment when I had to pause and revisit several training videos to get the hang of linking my contacts correctly. Outside of that, I appreciated that the automatic updates kept the software stable with minimal intervention. However, because the communication around some of the features was limited, I ended up spending extra time troubleshooting things myself. While the invoicing and payment systems worked fine and were easy to follow, covering the gaps in support meant my onboarding experience was somewhat uneven. Overall, I feel like I needed to put in significant personal effort to achieve the expected functionality.
