A lot of effort for little fit with my hours

A lot of effort for little fit with my hours

I went into the sign-up process hopeful since I work unusual hours, but I quickly found the available training schedules and support times weren’t really syncing with when I am free. You’re asked to commit to certain calls and training sessions that don’t match the kind of hours I can dedicate, which made it frustrating. I tried to make the call dialer work during my available times but the system is designed around standard slot timings and I kept hitting roadblocks. It felt like they expect everyone to follow fixed routines which doesn't always work with flexible schedules like mine. I appreciate the enthusiasm during sales and initial talks but I struggled to align the software’s pace with my actual work habits. After investing time and effort in onboarding, the software’s workflows and support tools didn’t quite fit my availability, so I’m left disappointed. Maybe if I had regular full-day hours it might have been different, but it really took more effort than I’d wanted to even get started effectively.
