A longer path than expected
Starting the training and onboarding with WFHI took longer than I had initially thought. The process included numerous steps to familiarize myself with the software environment, especially the database interaction and managing the calling tools. Some parts were intuitive, but other aspects, like integrating the dialer with the workflow properly, required cautious attention and several reattempts. Progress wasn't particularly fast, but the training resources were sufficiently clear to not leave me stuck frequently. Accessing the automatic updates also introduced minor changes I had to learn to incorporate, which delayed full usability. Telephonic support helped occasionally when I encountered difficulties, and the invoicing and payment procedures at least worked smoothly. Overall, the experience felt more methodical than rapid, with steady advancement rather than a quick start. It was manageable but demanded patience over roughly the first couple of weeks, before I felt fully comfortable with the software and tools.
