A little more effort than expected compared to what I used before
I was using a different remote workflow software before trying WFHI’s training and onboarding program. Comparing the two, I found that WFHI’s setup required a bit more effort from my side, especially in understanding the calling tools and the dialer functionality. While the training was helpful, it wasn’t as intuitive as what I was familiar with, so I had to spend time figuring out some of the features independently. The database feature was functional but took some trial and error to fit it well into my workflow. On the plus side, automatic updates worked seamlessly, and I appreciated the telephonic support available when I hit snags. However, the overall experience was a mixed bag because the onboarding took longer and felt a bit more labor-intensive. It’s possible that others might find it easier, but for me, adjusting to this platform compared to my previous one involved noticeably more time and effort.
