A lengthy, repetitive sign-up process with little progress
My experience with the sales and pre-purchase process was marked by repeated requests for the same information and longer than expected waiting times. The initial sign-up seemed straightforward but soon turned into a cycle where I had to submit details multiple times without clear indication if they were received or processed. This redundancy added unnecessary frustration. The database feature overview given during onboarding was useful, but further inquiries to clarify its capabilities faced delays in response, which interrupted my workflow planning. Additionally, the automatic updates happened without much notice, sometimes altering interface elements, requiring me to spend more time adjusting than expected. Billing was another complex area; invoices were generated but the accompanying documentation didn’t clarify individual charges clearly, prompting further back and forth. Even calling tools and dialer functions needed closer inspection because I wasn’t assured they would suit my working style without some customization. While I acknowledge the telephonic support eventually addressed some concerns, the multiple stages where I had to wait or repeat standard information led to a slower overall progress than I anticipated. It was an effortful initiation phase that left me wishing for a more streamlined and prompt approach to onboarding and service delivery.
