A journey of cautious acceptance
Reflecting on my experience with the sales and pre-purchase process, it felt like an intriguing but cautious journey by the time I settled into the software. The initial sign-up was straightforward enough, and the invoicing was clear. However, I remember pausing to consider the value proposition and the small hiccups in communication that occurred mid-way. These made me somewhat uncertain initially about the entire setup. By the end, though, many practical aspects of the software, such as the dialer and database features, seemed to fit into what I needed. In retrospect, I would say the whole experience was neither fully confident nor totally skeptical — more an even mix of anticipation and reservation that shaped my opinion.
