A frustratingly unclear support experience
Reflecting on my time with WFHI, I found the support and communication deeply frustrating. At first, signing up and paying felt fine, and I managed the initial software setup. But when I ran into issues with the dialer and calling tools not behaving as expected, I reached out for telephonic support. The problem was that the explanations I received weren't clear at all—often leaving me more confused than before the call. It took repeated efforts to get even simple instructions, which felt like a drain on my time and patience. The database feature was complicated to figure out, and nobody from support seemed able to give a straightforward, consistent walkthrough. Automatic updates sometimes changed settings silently, and again I struggled to find simple answers on how to manage these changes. The invoicing process was one of the few clear parts, but beyond that, communication felt like a major barrier. The effort I put into trying to get help was exhausting, and months later I’m still sorting out how to use parts of the software effectively. Honestly, the poor clarity and inconsistent support explanations made me question if I would want to engage with their services again. It’s been far more difficult than I anticipated, all because information delivery was unmanaged and confusing at every turn.
