A frustratingly illogical onboarding

A frustratingly illogical onboarding

The training started with the basic introduction, which was fine, but then the steps jumped to advanced call handling without enough groundwork. I tried to follow the flow, but the sequence lacked sense and clarity. When I reached the part about using the dialer and database, it felt out of place because I hadn't fully grasped earlier concepts. The onboarding felt rushed at points and then stalled in others, with some sections requiring too much repetition while others were just glossed over. Overall, the process didn't feel well thought out in order, which made learning the software confusing and frustrating rather than helpful. I was expecting a smoother step-by-step progression that builds gradually, but instead I found the training hard to stick with due to the disorder.
