A foggy start that left me unsure

A foggy start that left me unsure

When I explored the sales process before purchasing, the whole thing felt a bit vague and overcomplicated. The labels on the website and in the communication were sometimes inconsistent, using technical or marketing jargon that didn’t immediately make sense. I was trying to find clear definitions of what each package included, but the terms kept overlapping or felt like buzzwords without substance. Onboarding options were mentioned but not clearly explained before committing, which left me hesitant about what exactly I was paying for. To be fair, the reps were polite and informative on the call, but scripted responses meant I didn’t get deeper clarity. The email follow-ups also used phrases that weren’t quite straightforward, making it harder to decide if the software matched my workflow needs. It felt as though I was signing up for a concept more than a product, and that made me doubt whether I would get what I wished. The sign-up and invoicing stages were handled smoothly enough, so I can credit the backend process for being reliable. But overall, the sales and labeling approach felt confusing and didn’t inspire confidence. I wanted something clear and direct which would have made the whole experience less restless and more satisfying. That was the major stumbling block in beginning my use of the service, unfortunately.
