A fair bit of effort cleared most questions but some doubts linger
I went into the sales and pre-purchase stage with a fair bit of skepticism, so I wasn’t expecting to feel fully confident by the end. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward enough, and the team's communication helped clarify how the automatic updates would work and what telephonic support would be available. During onboarding, I spent some time learning the software's calling tools and the database management feature, which integrated nicely with my workflow. However, I did find that certain things needed a little more explanation upfront — for example, how the dialer’s advanced functions would affect call quality and scheduling. While the training materials were helpful, some aspects felt like I had to figure them out on my own. That said, the staff remained responsive when I asked questions, which gave me some reassurance. On balance, I feel like the effort I put in to understand the system paid off, although I still have some minor reservations about how intuitive all parts are for new users.
