A bit tired but the process kind of works
I've used various software before for remote work setups and honestly, this one felt like a repeat of the usual grind. The sign-up and invoicing process was just as mundane, nothing remarkable but not terrible either. I explained many times during calls what I wanted from the dialer and database features because in earlier systems, you had to keep explaining your workflow again and again. The training was okay but seemed like going through the motions, the kind that doesn’t really grab your attention after a while. Still, WFHI had slightly better automatic updates than others I'd tried, which kept things from getting too outdated. The support calls felt familiar, tired even, like I've said everything before on other platforms. Overall, I feel like the software and support, while not thrilling, will do its job if you have patience and can tolerate the usual slow moving onboarding nuances.
