A bit slow getting started but not too bad overall
My experience with the sales process was somewhat mixed in terms of timing. I wasn't in a huge rush, so the few days it took to get the onboarding started didn’t feel critical, but it was clear that the initial setup wasn't as quick as I might have hoped. The sign-up itself went fine, and the invoicing was straightforward, which made payment uncomplicated. When I began the training, I realized some tools didn’t behave exactly as I expected, especially the calling features and database integration. It took a couple of sessions before I really got comfortable with how the dialer worked alongside the database. I appreciate that the software updates were automatic, so I didn’t have to manage that, but it also meant I sometimes noticed new changes with little prior notice. Overall, the whole experience felt like a steady climb rather than a smooth glide. The sales and pre-purchase communication gave me basic assurance, but it wasn’t exactly speedy or crystal clear throughout. Still, by the point training was underway, I could see how the system would suit remote workflows once fully up to speed.
