a bit of effort to understand the support steps
Honestly, I felt like the whole support and communication process took more effort than I expected. The sequence of steps they led me through didn't always make sense for my actual needs. I started with basic questions about set-up but the answers I got from telephonic support sometimes begged more questions. I didn't find the order in which they explained features or gave instructions very logical. Often, I had to wait on hold or call back to clarify what was said earlier. The prioritization of responses didn’t feel clear either, which made waiting frustrating. On the bright side, when someone did answer, they were polite and tried to help, though the back and forth really slowed progress. Overall, it was useful in bits, but getting through each stage felt like a bit of a hurdle, especially when the steps felt jumbled or repeated. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward enough, and signing up was simple during that time. So I'd say the main pain was just how they laid out their communication steps.
