a bit of effort needed to get through all the wording and labels

I recently started working with the WFHI software and while the setup process was mostly clear, I found myself spending a little extra time trying to understand some of the wording in the training materials and the labels on the interface. For example, when configuring the calling tools and the dialer system, certain terms weren't immediately intuitive and I had to revisit the training videos a couple of times to make sure I was doing things right. Onboarding was straightforward in terms of navigation but some of the database features had labels that seemed a bit too technical for someone not deeply familiar with remote workflow software. The payment and invoicing steps were smooth and uncomplicated, which helped reduce stress during sign-up. Telephonic support was reachable but didn't always give quick answers, which meant waiting a bit and sometimes needing follow-up calls. Overall, getting used to the specific terms and instructions required some perseverance, though once I passed that stage, the software itself proved quite efficient and stable with automatic updates happening quietly in the background. So, it took effort but it was doable and hopefully worth it in the long run.
