A bit of a slog but you get something out of it

I started the onboarding process with some hope, but it wasn't exactly smooth sailing. Finding the right sections in the training material felt like navigating a maze without much of a map. Sometimes the content seemed helpful, giving clear steps on how to use the dialer and database, but other times I was left searching for explanations that just weren't there. The interface helped up to a point, but automatic updates rearranged things enough to make me pause and reconsider. Overall, I managed to get the basics, but honestly, I had to dig through a lot more than I expected to find exactly what I needed. The calling tools work okay once you're in the groove, but getting to that groove was frustratingly uneven. I appreciated the telephonic support that would answer when finally reached, yet I often had to rely on trial and error before calling. The sign-up and invoicing process was straightforward, at least, which gave a relief in the midst of the more complex onboarding flow. It's usable, definitely, but expect to invest patience and some rechecking to get comfortable with where things are and how best to use the software. Not a perfect start, but could be worse, I suppose.
