A bit frustrating at times
The overall support experience was mixed for me. I had some moments where I was on hold for a while, which was a bit annoying. However, when I finally got through, the representative was helpful in addressing my issue. I just wished the initial communication was clearer so I wouldn't have had to repeat my questions several times. There’s potential here but needs refining.
