A bit different from what I used before, with pros and cons
When I compared WFHI’s pre-purchase experience to other software I’ve used in the past, it was a mixed bag. On one hand, I found the sign-up and onboarding process quite smooth, and the training helped me get a decent understanding of the calling tools and the dialer functions rather quickly. The database feature was noticeably better organized compared to my previous tool, which improved my workflow somewhat. However, I did find some of the automatic updates slightly disruptive as they required me to revisit the training materials to catch up on new steps. The telephonic support was helpful overall but sometimes a bit slow to respond compared to what I had before. Billing and invoicing made sense once I got used to their terminology, though it felt less straightforward initially than my past experiences. I think what held me back a little was a minor hesitation about how adaptable the system was to my precise needs after using the earlier software. All in all, I’d say it works fine and has clear advantages, but there is a learning curve and some parts that need patience. If I were to tell a friend, I’d say it’s worth trying but be prepared to spend a bit of time getting comfortable.
