a bit confusing with moments of clarity
When I first checked out the sales info, the whole experience felt a little mixed. I remember one moment clearly when I called their support line before buying to clarify if the database feature would work with my existing tools. That call was helpful and the person explained the integration options in detail, which gave me confidence to proceed. However, the rest of the sales and pre-purchase materials online felt kind of vague, like sometimes I was left guessing between products and pricing tiers. The signing up and payment process was smooth once I decided, but before that, there were times I wasn't sure what was included in my package or how to get tailored advice. Looking back, I'd say the whole thing felt patchy — very clear in some parts, a bit unclear in others. So while I got help when I really needed it, I can imagine next time maybe I'll need some more guidance with the early steps. Overall, the experience wasn’t frustrating but it wasn’t entirely seamless either — somewhere in the middle really.
