A Bit Confusing but Usable Overall
So here’s the thing with the support and communication on this platform: I mostly got by okay, but honestly, some of the wording and labels didn’t feel all that clear. At first, I wasn’t sure if a button actually meant what it said, and had to double-check a couple of times. On the flip side, once I figured out the terminology, the steps themselves made more sense. The support team was responsive, which helped with clearing up label confusion, but the need for extra explanations shouldn’t have been necessary. It was a bit like trying to solve a puzzle that shouldn't have been so complex in the first place. I guess what stuck in my mind is that the whole experience left me oscillating between feeling confident and then uncertain again. One moment I’d think, “Okay, I’m getting it,” and another, I’d have to revisit something because the language hadn’t been intuitive. In summary, it felt like a kinda half-baked clarity situation — usable but only after some patience with the labels and wording.
