A bit confusing and not as clear as expected

I went into the training and onboarding last month expecting things to be pretty simple and explained clearly, kind of like reading a good manual or having a patient trainer walk you through each step. But honestly, I found it quite confusing at times. Some parts were okay, especially the initial setup that seemed to cover the basics well, but then other details weren’t really explained as clearly as I expected. It felt more like I was expected to guess or figure things out on my own, which was frustrating given that I’d hoped for something more thorough. I guess I’m used to online courses where everything’s really broken down, and here, the pace sometimes felt too fast or just assumed prior knowledge. The good part was the videos were decent quality, but overall, it felt a bit lacking in clarity to fully get comfortable quickly, so I was left wanting more guidance moving forward.
