A bit all over the place, but it mostly worked out
The whole onboarding and training process felt a little disorganized at first, honestly. The steps didn't seem to follow a very logical order sometimes. For example, I was introduced to the dialer before I was really familiar with the database system it connects to, which made things confusing for a while. Then the training materials jumped between different features without really connecting back properly, so I had to go back and forth a lot. On the other hand, the automatic updates feature worked quietly in the background, updating the software without bothering me much, which was a relief. Telephonic support was helpful when I called with questions, but they sometimes expected me to understand stuff I hadn't fully learned yet. I guess, despite these hiccups, I got through it and now I can say that the entire process, while somewhat scattered and occasionally frustrating, did get me to where I needed to be in understanding and using the software. So overall, the flow was a bit all over the place, but in the end, it mostly worked out alright.
