A balanced look at the sales and sign-up steps
The process before buying the software seemed pretty straightforward, with each step following an expected sequence. From signing up to receiving the invoice, everything was organized clearly. However, I did feel some of the explanations could have been more detailed, especially around how the calling tools integrate with the database. It would be nice if more practical examples were included at this stage. Still, the way the support options were presented made it easy to understand who to contact if I had questions. The payment process itself was smooth, and the invoices came promptly without much hassle. On the downside, I found the initial marketing messages somewhat repetitive, which could be streamlined. Overall, while minor improvements could be made, the sales and pre-purchase steps made logical sense and did not cause confusion, so I felt prepared to proceed with the product after going through them.
