Surprised by the daily glitches I faced
I had some expectations that the WFHI software would at least operate consistently after initial setup, but that wasn’t my experience. While the first try had typical hiccups like slow loading times, I was willing to overlook that. What surprised me was how day-to-day usage seemed plagued with issues that made it difficult to complete calls or manage the database smoothly. The dialer would randomly freeze or disconnect calls without warning, and reconnecting took longer than expected. I even noticed some data entries vanished from the database, which was really frustrating considering I rely on that information to track work progress. The automatic updates were supposed to improve things, but after each one, new bugs seemed to pop up instead of fixes. It felt like a constant struggle to keep the software functional during my working hours. On top of that, reaching support wasn’t always straightforward and their responses took longer than I anticipated, adding to my frustration. I had hoped for a system that streamlined remote workflows but instead faced frequent interruptions. Overall, the experience was far from smooth and surprisingly troublesome for what I expected to be a reliable tool.
