Pre-purchase experience suggested simpler setup than reality
Before purchasing, I expected the platform to be fairly straightforward based on demonstrations and initial sales discussions. The sign-up process and invoicing matched this impression well — everything was fairly clear and followed typical patterns I’ve seen in other software subscriptions. However, once I began working through the training and onboarding, I was somewhat surprised at how much hands-on setup was necessary, including manual adjustments beyond what I’d anticipated. The automated updates did help minimize some follow-up tasks though. While the dialer and database features were useful, the depth of integration required more commitment than I originally expected from the sales pitch. That said, the telephonic support was ready and able to help whenever I reached out, and the payment processing felt efficient without unnecessary delays. So overall, the service largely matched the initial expectations, but the complexity of the setup process was a little more than I had thought initially.
