Setup expected to be mostly one-off, turned out well
I assumed the setup with WFHI would involve a lot of back-and-forth adjustments over time, but surprisingly, most of the setup was largely a one-time effort. Once I got the software installed and the initial training completed, I found I didn’t need to revisit the onboarding or configuration too much. The dialer and calling tools were ready to use quickly, which freed me from continuously tweaking settings. Support was there mostly during the onboarding phase; after that, interactions reduced significantly as the system ran smoothly on its own. This is a refreshing change from some other software where ongoing help is essential just to maintain daily tasks. Invoicing was straightforward too, with no hidden complications or surprises. I liked that payments were handled efficiently without recurring issues. While I appreciate the fact that I didn’t have to keep going back for modifications, I did expect a bit more ongoing guidance or check-ins simply to fine-tune my workflow. That didn’t quite happen, and while it’s mostly positive that the system simply worked after setup, some gentle follow-up might improve user confidence. Overall though, the experience was clearly better than I expected in the sense that it was mostly one-off and self-sustaining. WFHI’s software and training gave me exactly what I needed with minimal hassle going forward.
