Navigating through the WFHI training and onboarding was a bit of a challenge. The wording and labels

Navigating through the WFHI training and onboarding was a bit of a challenge. The wording and labels used in the software felt quite confusing at times. I often found myself searching for definitions and trying to understand the flow of the training modules. While some of the content was helpful, the combination of terminology and structure left me feeling frustrated. It was hard to keep track of what step I was on or what was coming next. One thing I did appreciate was the live sessions with the trainers, where I could ask questions directly and get some clarity. Those parts were relatively straightforward. Though overall, I expected a smoother experience. I thought I would easily grasp the material, but instead, it left me feeling overwhelmed. I honestly think they could improve on how things are explained. It felt like they weren’t really considering the users who might be new to remote workflows. So, while there's potential in the software, the onboarding process needs some work to better support users in understanding everything effectively.
