Thank you for choosing WorkFromHomeIndia. Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) before using the WFHI software, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by WFHI and its authorized entities, including its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, collectively referred to as “us,” “we,” or “our.”
1. Agreement to Terms

WFHI is a software/technology solutions provider offering a platform that facilitates remote collaboration and workflow management.
- Accessibility: The Service is accessible on devices such as smartphones, laptops, tablets, and computers.
- Functionality: Provides tools for project tracking, secure communication, number protection, and other features that enable efficient remote working.
4.1 No Guarantee of Employment or Earnings
WFHI does not guarantee employment, income, or any specific financial outcome. Our platform and software are designed to assist and streamline remote work. Actual results depend on the user’s effort, skills, and utilization of the Service.
5. KYC Documents and Bank Details
Certain features or partner integrations may require you to submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documents (e.g., Aadhaar or other government-issued ID) and/or bank details for identity verification or compliance with legal obligations. By submitting this information, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Accuracy of Information: You will provide accurate, valid, and complete KYC documents and bank details. Any falsification may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
- Consent to Verification: You authorize WFHI and its authorized partners (e.g., payment gateways) to verify your documents.
- Data Sharing: We may share your KYC/bank details with payment processors or law enforcement and government agencies if required by law or under a valid legal request.
- No Liability for Financial Transactions: WFHI is not responsible for the outcome of any transactions or any financial processes facilitated by third-party service providers.
6. Consent for Use of Testimonial Videos
By submitting a testimonial video to WFHI, you grant us the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform, play, and display the video (in whole or part) worldwide, without any compensation or royalties. Once submitted, the video will not be deleted and may continue to be used by WFHI for promotional or advertising purposes.
7. User Obligations
You agree to not misuse the Service or help anyone else to do so. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group.
- Use another user’s account without permission.
- Provide false or inaccurate information when registering an account or submitting documents.
- Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Access or alter any non-public areas of the Service without authorization.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality, is and will remain the exclusive property of WFHI and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to access and use the Service, but you may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without our express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WFHI and its employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debts, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of and access to the Service, or any person using your account.
- A breach of these Terms.
- Any claim that content you submitted caused damage to a third party.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WFHI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
- Any other matter relating to the Service.
13. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. WFHI does not warrant that:
- The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
- Any errors or defects will be corrected.
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
- The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date.
16. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By accessing and using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
